Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
